About Acrystal
Acrystal is a two-component casting and coating system based on water: liquid acrylic resin is mixed with mineral powder and cures without solvents. The material is used for sculptures and reproductions in art, for architectural models, design objects, model making and prototyping, as well as for the production of technical parts. It reproduces details precisely, produces hard surfaces that can be sanded and polished, and can be colored, patinated, and laminated with fiberglass.
For many applications, Acrystal is an alternative to solvent-containing casting resins, especially in studios, workshops, and indoor spaces.
