Technical consultation

Which adhesive will bond to the existing materials? Which silicone is suitable for your mold? We compare products based on your application and explain their differences. We address any technical questions in collaboration with the manufacturer.

Replacement for an existing product

A product is no longer available or needs to be better suited to your processes. We search for alternatives and highlight differences, such as in curing time, strength, or packaging. This allows you to prepare effectively for the subsequent trial in your production.

Samples and test quantities

A whole barrel is rarely needed for a first attempt. We can procure available manufacturer samples or offer small quantities from our own product range. We will discuss the quantity you need for the test and how you will process the material beforehand.

Bottling in Gümligen

For selected products, we offer smaller containers and other packaging units. Please tell us the product, the desired fill quantity, and the number of containers. We will check the filling possibilities and provide you with a quote.

Procurement and recurring deliveries

We supply stock items and procure additional products from our suppliers' catalogs. For regular orders, we will plan quantities and delivery dates with you. You will receive the price and delivery time with your quotation.

Data sheets and certificates

Do you need a technical data sheet or safety data sheet? Send us the product name. We will coordinate any special documentation and batch-related documents with you and the manufacturer during the ordering process.

Material adjustments

For example, if the processing time or hardness of a standard product is unsuitable, we discuss possible adjustments with the manufacturer. Whether a custom version can be implemented also depends on the quantity and development effort.
