CAF 72589 is a one-component, moisture-curing silicone for the release coating of bottle corks.

It belongs to Elkem's Silbione range and is a solvent-free coating based on reactive polydimethylsiloxane oils. When applied, it forms a very thin, non-stick silicone film that improves the smoothness and sealing action of corks.
