SILISIL Dispensing Gun 50 ml — for 2K Twin Cartridges (1:1/2:1 & 4:1)
The SILISIL 50 ml dispensing gun is a robust manual dispensing gun for 50 ml 2K twin cartridges, designed for the two common mixing ratios of 1:1/2:1 & 4:1. The gun is used with static mixing tubes and delivers a uniform, bubble-free dispensing of 2K silicones, adhesives and potting compounds.
Compatible with all standard 50 ml double cartridges from the SILISIL series as well as many other manufacturers (Permabond, Scotch-Weld, Sika, etc., provided they use the same cartridge format).

Usage
- Screw the appropriate static mixing nozzle onto the cartridge
- Insert the cartridge into the gun and secure it with the lever
- Before working, dispense a few centimeters of lead to homogenize both components in the mixer
- Dispose of the used mixing nozzle after use; the same mixing nozzle must not be reused
Storage and Care
- Store dry and clean
- Mechanically remove cured adhesive or silicone residues
- Occasionally lubricate moving parts lightly
The gun is supplied without a cartridge and without mixing tubes. The matching 50 ml dual cartridges (1:1, 2:1, or 4:1) and the static mixing tubes can be found separately in the SILITECH shop.

The SILISIL 50 ml dispensing gun is designed for standard 50 ml twin cartridges in mixing ratios of 1:1, 2:1, and 4:1. It is not compatible with 400 ml or 310 ml cartridges, nor with other formats (e.g., 50 ml 10:1).
No. Once static mixing nozzles have been used, they already contain mixed adhesive and will cure after a short time. Use a fresh mixing nozzle for each new operation.
2K adhesives and 2K silicones supplied in 50 ml twin cartridges with 1:1, 2:1 & 4:1 mixing ratios — SILISIL silicones as well as common industrial adhesives from other manufacturers.
Only minimal maintenance: occasionally clean thoroughly and lightly grease the moving parts. With daily use, the gun will last for many years.
