Silicones have been part of our product range since the very beginning. We supply materials for elastic molds, technical seals and potting compounds, as well as silicone oils, pastes and emulsions for industrial processes.
Molds and castings
RTV-2 silicones can be used to create molds for surfaces and fine details. These elastic molds are then used to produce castings. Depending on the original and the casting material, different hardnesses, tensile strengths, and curing systems are used.
Bonding, sealing and potting
RTV-1 silicones are processed as a single component; RTV-2 systems consist of two components. The product range includes sealants, adhesives, and the protection of electronic components. Primers and other auxiliary products complement the systems.
Oils, pastes and emulsions
These products are used for lubrication, separation, and as processing aids, among other things. We offer various viscosities and product forms to ensure the material fits into the respective workflow.
Our silicone range includes SILISIL, Bluestar Silicones, Zhermack, BRB and selected products from Caldic.
