ACRYSTAL Aqua Powder

This set is specifically designed for outdoor use, even for elements that are partially or fully submerged in water. Acrystal Aqua offers extremely high surface hardness and can be processed using both casting and lamination methods. It can be applied directly to polystyrene foams and similar materials.

• UV resistance: Very good

Application Instructions

Mixing ratio:
1 part Acrystal Aqua liquid, 7 parts Acrystal Aqua powder
Stir 1 kg of Acrystal Aqua powder thoroughly, then add the Acrystal Aqua liquid. Stir until a liquid, homogeneous mixture is formed. Initially, the mixture is very thick, but it liquefies after a short time.

Processing methods:
1. Casting: Pour into a silicone mold using the usual deaeration methods.
2. Laminating: Apply with a brush or spatula into a mold or onto a polystyrene foam or similar core.
3. Curing: Demold after 24 hours and keep the element in a humid environment for at least 72 hours.
