ACRYSTAL Dekor Carrara is an innovative two-component acrylic resin system for casting, laminating, modeling, and coating, distinguished by its ease of use, environmental friendliness, and impressive marble appearance. The system consists of the liquid, water-based Acrystal PRIMA resin and the mineral-filled Dekor Carrara powder. This combination, once cured, creates a stone-like, high-strength surface with shimmering particles – ideal for artistic, decorative, and functional applications.
Sustainable, safe and versatile
ACRYSTAL products are based on water-soluble acrylic chemistry – they contain no solvents, are odorless, non-toxic, and emission-free. This makes them the perfect choice for schools, theaters, museums, architectural models, design objects, and much more. They are easy and quick, with a pot life of approximately 8–10 minutes and demoldable after just 20–100 minutes – all without heat or an oven.

Easy processing with professional results
The powder is slowly stirred into the liquid – ideally with a mixer running at over 700 rpm to prevent lumps. The mixture can be poured directly into silicone molds or laminated with fiberglass fabric . Spray application is also possible. For a glossy and weatherproof finish outdoors, a final coating of Acrystal Finish is recommended .
After demolding, surfaces can washed or honed to reveal the marble particles. The result: an authentic-looking, decorative surface that resembles genuine Carrara marble in structure and appearance – but is significantly lighter and easier to work with.
