Bluesil Primaire PM 811 B: 2K adhesion promoter primer (component B) of the Bluesil PM 811 A+B series — reactive component, mixed with PM 811 A for the most demanding bonding applications. Main applications: Combine with PM 811 A, specialty industrial, aerospace bonding.
First, prepare the substrate to be clean, grease-free, and dry (degrease with acetone, sand if necessary). Apply the primer thinly and evenly using a brush or dipping method. Allow to dry for at least 30 minutes at 23°C, then apply the silicone (RTV/CAF/Bluesil) to the primed area. For polyaddition silicones, the primer must not contain inhibitors.
Store in the unopened original container in a dry, cool place — typically between +5 and +30 °C, see TDS for exact values. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Observe the expiry date on the packaging — Elkem guarantees the product's specifications only until the date shown.
