Processing

1
Clean surfaces
Prepare clean, dry, and degreased surfaces. Important: Silicone grease is not compatible with mineral greases — carefully remove any old mineral grease beforehand.
2
Application
Apply with brush, spatula, or grease gun — typically a thin, even layer. For bearing lubrication, fill bearing max. 1/3 full.
3
Apply
For bearings: install and perform first rotation at low load for even distribution. For seals: apply a thin coat before installation.
4
Sealing / Protection
Protect lubrication points from dust and dirt.
5
Observe Safety
Never use for oxygen systems (explosion hazard). Clean surface with solvent before painting.
