Product description
The LOCTITE AA F246 + LOCTITE SF INI5 set combines the high-performance, toughened structural adhesive LOCTITE AA F246 with the matching activator LOCTITE SF INI5.
The "no-mix" system enables simple, clean processing: The activator is applied to one surface, the adhesive to the other. Curing only begins when the components are joined. This eliminates the need for manual mixing of the components, saving time and ensuring consistently high processing quality.
LOCTITE AA F246 cures quickly at room temperature, is impact-modified, and offers excellent temperature and chemical resistance. Its high viscosity makes it suitable for vertical applications and uneven joints.

Processing instructions
- Keep bonding surfaces clean, dry and grease-free.
- Apply activator (INI5) thinly to one adhesive surface, adhesive (F246) to the other.
- For larger gaps (up to 0.5 mm), apply activator to both surfaces.
- Add parts within 15 minutes (with single-sided activation).
- Remove excess adhesive with an organic solvent before it hardens.
- Hold the connection in place until the adhesive has set (typically a few minutes).
- Final strength is reached after 24–72 hours, depending on the gap, material and temperature.
