Shell PANOLIN S5 Grease EAL V320 2 is a high-performance, readily biodegradable EP grease based on a lithium soap thickener and synthetic esters for environmentally sensitive applications requiring Ecolabel certification. It is suitable for exposed lubrication points on construction and excavation equipment, such as joints and pivots, as well as in dredging operations, and offers good resistance to water washout, high load-carrying capacity, and excellent corrosion protection. According to the data sheet, it conforms to: EU Ecolabel, US EPA VGP 2013, Swedish Standard SS 15 54 70, readily biodegradable according to OECD 301B (over 60%), NLGI Class 2.
