What matters when selecting

The decisive factors are the mold material, resin system, desired surface quality, and residue behavior: If parts are to be subsequently painted or bonded, silicone-free release agents or thorough post-cleaning are required. We recommend testing in the real process on a sample part.

Please provide us with the mold material, casting material, and planned post-processing. We will evaluate suitable release agents and alternatives based on the technical data sheets.
