Acrystal Retarder – Additive to extend processing time
The Acrystal Retarder is a liquid, transparent, non-toxic additive without odor, specifically developed to extend the pot life
The additive is mixed directly into the Acrystal liquid before the powder is added. The dosage depends on the Acrystal product used, the age of the material, and the application temperature. Overdosing should be avoided, as it can prevent curing and impair the mechanical properties of the final product.

Processing instructions
- Add the retarder directly to the Acrystal liquid before mixing powder and liquid
- Recommended amount at 20 °C: 0.2–1 % of total weight
- Maximum quantity: 2 %
- Adjust the quantity depending on the product, age, and ambient temperature
- Avoid overdosing to prevent negative effects on curing and strength
