BLUESIL RTV 3428 A + B Kit pink
BLUESIL® RTV 3428 A + B Kit pink – 2K silicone for thermally resistant molds with high visibility
BLUESIL RTV 3428 A + B is an addition-curing, two-component silicone elastomer (mixing ratio 100:10) that cures at room temperature; heat accelerates the curing process. It is used for the production of flexible molds with excellent detail reproduction, mechanical resistance, and service life, as well as for expansion cores for composite components in the aerospace and marine industries, and for molds for chocolate, sugar, marzipan, and confectionery. The cured composition complies with the positive lists in France (Brochure 1227), Germany (BGA XV-A), and the USA (FDA CFR-21). Key properties: pot life approx. 1 h, demolding after approx. 16 h at 23 °C, Shore A approx. 28, elongation at break approx. 600%, tear propagation strength approx. 20 kN/m, linear shrinkage approx. 0.1%. The B component is available in pink, white, and transparent. Use undiluted in food molds.
