BLUESIL RTV 3450 A is the A-component of an addition-curing two-component silicone elastomer that cures at room temperature without reaction heat; heating accelerates the crosslinking. The 3440/3450 family is used for the reproduction of 3D objects in plaster, wax, polyester, and low-melting-point metals. It provides highly precise, dimensionally stable impressions, good mechanical properties at high Shore A hardness, chemical and thermal resistance, as well as fast mixing and easy processing thanks to its low viscosity. Crosslinking is carried out with the corresponding B-component.
