BONDERITE L-FG ADAG C EU 18%
Bonderite forging release agent of the Adag-C series for defined forging applications.
BONDERITE L-FG ADAG C (successor to Aquadag 18%) is a unique dispersion of colloidal graphite in water with a submicron particle size distribution and outstanding film formation on a wide variety of materials. The thinnest films follow the finest surface details and form on both hot and cold surfaces, thus fully utilizing the lubricating and non-stick properties of pure graphite. Diluted with demineralized water, the concentrate serves as a lubricant for large areas in metal forming, for example on hot-working dies (pretreatment 1:10, in operation depending on tool temperature 1:1 to 1:100), and for electrically conductive coatings with adjustable resistance. Water-based, very stable dispersion, air-drying, with excellent impregnation properties.

Frequently asked questions about L-FG ADAG C EU 18%
Practical application and design questions — answered by SILITECH.
Bonderite L-FG ADAG C EU 18%: Bonderite forging release agent of the Adag-C series (18% concentrate) for defined forging applications — detailed specifications available through SILITECH consultation. Main applications: Special forging applications, high dilution ratios, OEM applications.
Forging release agents are applied to the hot forging tool — at tool temperature, they form a lubricating film of micro-fine graphite (or synthetic lubricants in graphite-free variants such as F 605). They reduce friction between the workpiece and the die, extend tool service life, and enable higher dilution ratios. Bonderite L-FG 31 + F 31 (Deltaforge) are the most widely used standards worldwide.
Store in the unopened original container in a dry, cool place — typically between +5 and +40 °C, exact values see TDS. Protect water-based products from frost. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Observe the expiry date on the packaging. Store aerosol sprays at low temperature and in a well-ventilated area.
In the comparison table above, you will find related Bonderite products with different properties — different carrier, different solid lubricant, different temperature range, or different application specialization. If you are unsure about the optimal choice, we will be happy to advise you — contact SILITECH with your specific application (substrate, temperature, load, processing workflow).
