Industrial lubricants. Bonderite, silicone oils and specialty lubricants

industrial lubricants include process and maintenance lubricants for foundries, forming technology, machining, maintenance, and special applications. We stock Henkel Bonderite lubricants as well as silicone-based lubricants and release agents and can assist with selection and procurement.

Henkel Bonderite (formerly Acheson, DAG)

Bonderite lubricants based on graphite, boron nitride, and MoS₂ for high thermal and mechanical loads: die lubrication (L-FG series), permanent mold coating (L-CA series), general-purpose lubricant (L-GP series), and corrosion protection (M-NT series). Depending on the product, temperature resistant up to over 1000 °C according to the manufacturer's documentation.

silicone-based lubricants

Silicone oils and greases for applications requiring chemical inertness, a wide temperature range (depending on the product -60 °C to +250 °C), and good material compatibility: O-ring lubrication, valve seals, fittings, and plastic pairings. Some products are NSF H1 registered for use in food processing facilities; documentation according to the manufacturer's records is available upon request.

Metal forming: die and extrusion lubricants. Foundry: die coatings and mold release agents. Maintenance: multi-purpose spray lubricants and specialty greases. Electronics: thermally conductive pastes and protective greases. Temperature, load, material pairing, and residue behavior are crucial for selection.
