Specialty greases. Lubricating greases for conditions that exceed the capabilities of standard greases

Special greases for demanding lubrication points: High temperatures up to +250 °C (depending on the product, according to manufacturer's documentation), vacuum, contact with aggressive media and high rotational speeds. Based on silicone, PTFE, PAO and synthetic materials, for maintenance, assembly and series production.

Typical applications

Lubrication and sealing of O-rings, gaskets and fittings, sliding pairs with plastic and elastomer contact, and bearing points with elevated temperatures. For food processing plants, certain NSF H1 registered greases are available; product-specific, documentation available upon request.

What matters when making your selection

Key factors include temperature range, load and speed, material pairing (especially compatibility with plastics and elastomers), media contact, and residue behavior. We assess suitability based on the technical data sheets; for critical applications, we conduct tests in the actual process.

Describe the lubrication point and process conditions. We will suggest suitable specialty greases; standard products are usually available from our Gümligen warehouse at short notice.
