CRC Ejector Lube Spray is a fully synthetic, non-flammable high-temperature lubricating oil — specially developed for ejector pins and guide pins in injection molding machines. NSF H1 registered (Reg. No. 158477) for food-contact machine parts. Silicone-free, leaves no residues on molded parts, does not gum up. With practical 360° spray valve — sprays even upside down.

Processing

Prepare the lubrication point
Clean the friction/sliding point, free of grease and dust. For ejector pins: remove old lubricant residues so that the new film can adhere directly to the component.

Shake the aerosol can
Shake vigorously before use to ensure the active ingredients are evenly distributed in the propellant gas.

Spray from a distance of 15–25 cm
Spray precisely onto the lubrication point from a short distance — with the 360° valve, this is also possible upside down.

Apply a thin film
Use several short spray bursts instead of a long spray phase — the film should be thin and uniform, with no dripping.

Distribute or allow to run in
For bearing applications, allow a brief running-in period so that the film penetrates the friction geometry. For NSF H1 applications, observe hygiene standards.

Repeat as needed
The lubricating film lasts from hours to weeks depending on stress — reapply periodically at maintenance intervals.

No. Silicone sprays leave a water-repellent silicone film that prevents the adhesion of paints, adhesives, and coatings. Do not apply to surfaces that will later be painted or overlaid, or clean thoroughly beforehand with SILISIL Silicone Remover.
