CRC Ejector Lube Spray is a fully synthetic, non-flammable, high-temperature lubricating oil—specially developed for ejector pins and guide pins in injection molding machines. NSF H1 registered (Reg. No. 158477) for food contact machine parts. Silicone-free, leaves no residue on molded parts, and does not gum up. Features a convenient 360° spray nozzle—even sprays upside down.

Prepare lubrication point
Clean the friction/sliding surface, removing all grease and dust. For ejector pins: remove any old lubricant residue so that the new film can adhere directly to the component.

Shake the aerosol can
Shake vigorously before use to ensure the active ingredients are evenly distributed in the propellant.

Spray from a distance of 15–25 cm
Spray directly onto the lubrication point from a short distance — with a 360° valve, this is also possible upside down.

Apply a thin film
Several short bursts of spray instead of one long spray phase — the film should be thin and even, not a droplet.

Distribute or let flow in
For bearing applications, allow a short run-in period to ensure the film penetrates the friction geometry. For NSF H1 applications, observe hygiene standards.

Repeat as needed
The lubricating film lasts from hours to weeks depending on the stress — reapply periodically at maintenance intervals.

No. Silicone sprays leave a water-repellent silicone film that prevents paints, adhesives, and coatings from adhering. Do not use on surfaces that will later be painted or covered with adhesive film—or clean thoroughly beforehand with SILISIL Silicone Remover.

Store the aerosol can below +50 °C, protect from direct sunlight, and keep away from ignition sources. Do not forcibly open or incinerate pressurized containers, even after use. Shelf life in the unopened original container is according to SDS; please note the printed expiration date.
