SILISIL Dispensing Gun 50 ml — for 2K Twin Cartridges (1:1/2:1 & 4:1)

The SILISIL 50 ml dispensing gun is a robust manual dispensing gun for 50 ml 2K twin cartridges, designed for the two common mixing ratios of 1:1/2:1 & 4:1. The gun is used with static mixing tubes and delivers a uniform, bubble-free dispensing of 2K silicones, adhesives and potting compounds.

Compatible with all standard 50 ml double cartridges from the SILISIL series as well as many other manufacturers (Permabond, Scotch-Weld, Sika, etc., provided they use the same cartridge format).

Usage

• Screw the appropriate static mixing nozzle onto the cartridge
• Insert the cartridge into the gun and secure it with the lever
• Before working, dispense a few centimeters of lead to homogenize both components in the mixer
• Dispose of the used mixing nozzle after use; the same mixing nozzle must not be reused

Storage and Care

• Store dry and clean
• Mechanically remove cured adhesive or silicone residues
• Occasionally lubricate moving parts lightly

The gun is supplied without a cartridge and without mixing tubes. The matching 50 ml dual cartridges (1:1, 2:1, or 4:1) and the static mixing tubes can be found separately in the SILITECH shop.
