General Description
Silicone-free, semi-permanent mold release agent, particularly for high mold temperatures. Ideal for use with thermosets.
Product Features
• Forms a thin, homogeneous, and temperature-stable coating with high release effect.
• Silicone-free, minimized material transfer to the molded parts. Ideal for molded parts that require post-processing (painting, printing, or bonding).
• Temperature application range up to 250°C.
Application Examples
• As an auxiliary agent for demolding epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, etc. on steel, aluminum, or composite molds.
Instructions for Use
• Shake the spray can well before use.
• Apply a thin, uniform film to the clean, dry mold.
• After approx. 15 min drying time, apply a second coat so that the mold is completely covered.
• Allow to cure for 30 minutes at ambient temperature.
• If the release effect diminishes, repeat the process.
• For processing safety instructions, refer to the current Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
