General description
Silicone-free, semi-permanent mold release agent, especially for high mold temperatures. Ideal for use with thermosets.
Product features
• Forms a thin, homogeneous and temperature-stable coating with high release properties.
• Silicone-free, minimized material transfer to the molded parts. Ideal for molded parts that require post-processing (painting, printing, or bonding).
• Operating temperature range up to 250°C.
Application examples
• As an aid for demolding epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, etc. from steel, aluminum or composite tools.
Instructions for use
• Shake the spray can well before use.
• Apply a thin, even film to the clean, dry mold.
• After approximately 15 minutes of drying time, apply a second layer so that the mold is completely covered.
• Allow to harden for 30 minutes at ambient temperature.
• If the separating effect diminishes, repeat the process.
