SILBIONE Dispersion CAF 70004 is a moisture-curing, one-component silicone rubber based on a reactive methyl silicone oil, supplied as a solvent-based dispersion. It is used for adhesive- and food-resistant coatings in the food industry, for example, on stainless steel mesh belts, perforated aluminum baking trays, metal molds for confectionery, sweets, and sausage products, as well as conveyor belts. The coating dries quickly, is temperature-resistant, mechanically strong, waterproof, and physiologically harmless; the cross-linked layer complies with the relevant food safety regulations as per the data sheet.
