SILISIL Paste MR7 is a silicone paste from the SILISIL product range — a high-viscosity, non-sag silicone preparation for lubrication, sealing and formulation tasks in industry, electronics and medical technology.

Typical Applications

Processing and Mixing
- For the exact mixing ratio, pot life, and demolding time, please refer to the technical data sheet (TDS) on this product page
- Before processing, stir both components individually and then mix thoroughly in the specified ratio
- Degassing under vacuum (30–50 mbar) eliminates air inclusions and improves surface quality
- Processing ideally at 23 °C and 40–60 % relative humidity
- Contamination by sulfur, amines, tin catalysts, or PVC must be avoided in platinum-crosslinked systems — they prevent curing
Storage and Shelf Life
- Store in unopened original container at 5–25 °C, dry and protected from direct sunlight
- Shelf life from the manufacturing date specified in the TDS — typically 12–24 months
- After opening, reseal carefully
