SILISIL Silicone Oils are high-purity linear polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) liquids with a purity of 100%. Their viscosity of 1,000,000 cSt defines their range of applications — from lubrication and release agents to hydraulic functions and specialized care and industrial applications.

1,000,000 cSt is the highest practically available PDMS viscosity—a near-solid mass used as an antifoam concentrate and in high-end hair care products. Processing requires dilution in solvent.

SILISIL Silicone Oil 1,000,000 cSt: Highest available PDMS viscosity — ultra-antifoam and high-end personal care. Main applications include premium petroleum industry, luxury hair care, and compounding base.

PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) is a linear silicone fluid that combines high thermal stability, low surface tension, very good dielectric properties, and broad temperature resistance. The viscosity (measured in centistokes, cSt) determines the field of application — low viscosities are suitable for volatile applications and lubrication, high viscosities for damping and conditioners.

SILISIL Silicone Oils are soluble in aromatic, aliphatic, and chlorinated solvents (e.g., toluene, xylene, hexane, diesel). They are not miscible with water and alcohols. For anti-foam applications, high-viscosity PDMS is diluted in hydrocarbon solvents and introduced using a dosing pump.

Store in the unopened original container at room temperature (ideally below 60 °C). Avoid eye contact. SILISIL Silicone Oils are generally non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless — nevertheless, consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS), which is available in the "Documents" tab.

Viscosity determines the application. 1,000,000 cSt is optimal for: premium petroleum industry and similar application profiles.
