SILISIL Dispensing Gun 50 ml — for 2K Twin Cartridges (1:1/2:1 & 4:1)
The SILISIL 50 ml dispensing gun is a robust manual dispensing gun for 50 ml 2K twin cartridges, designed for the two common mixing ratios of 1:1/2:1 & 4:1. The gun is used with static mixing tubes and delivers a uniform, bubble-free dispensing of 2K silicones, adhesives and potting compounds.
Suitable for all standard 50 ml twin cartridges of the SILISIL range as well as many other manufacturers (Permabond, Scotch-Weld, Sika etc. provided they use the same cartridge format).

use
- Screw a suitable static mixing tube onto the cartridge
- Insert the cartridge into the gun and secure it with the lever
- Before starting work, apply a few centimeters of pre-mix to homogenize both components in the mixer
- Dispose of the used mixing tube after use; the same mixing tube must not be reused
Storage and care
- Store in a dry and clean place
- Remove hardened adhesive or silicone residue mechanically
- Occasionally lightly grease moving parts
The gun is supplied without a cartridge and without mixing tubes. The matching 50 ml dual cartridges (1:1, 2:1, or 4:1) and the static mixing tubes can be found separately in the SILITECH shop.

The SILISIL 50 ml dispensing gun is designed for standard 50 ml twin cartridges in mixing ratios of 1:1, 2:1, and 4:1. It is not compatible with 400 ml or 310 ml cartridges, nor with other formats (e.g., 50 ml 10:1).
No. Once set up, static mixing tubes already contain mixed adhesive and harden after a short time. Use a fresh mixing tube for each new step.
2K adhesives and 2K silicones supplied in 50 ml twin cartridges with 1:1, 2:1 & 4:1 mixing ratios — SILISIL silicones as well as common industrial adhesives from other manufacturers.
Minimal maintenance is required: occasional thorough cleaning and light lubrication of moving parts. With daily use, the pistol will last for many years.
