BONDERITE L-GP 305 (DAG 305) is a colloidal dispersion of carbon in MIBK for producing electrically conductive coatings and dry lubricating films with excellent flexibility and adhesion. Typical applications include shielding and conductive coatings on PVC, polyester, and foil tapes. The concentrate is homogenized and diluted according to the application method: up to 1:1 for brush application and up to 1:2 for spraying and dipping. The film is ready for use after at least 4 hours of air drying; forced drying at 120 °C for 30 minutes improves adhesion and reduces the resistance, which is typically 80 to 250 ohms per square at a 25 µm layer thickness.

After evaporation of the carrier (water, solvent, or MIBK), dry film lubricants form a firmly adhering lubricating film of solid lubricant (graphite, MoS₂, PTFE, or boron nitride). Advantages over liquid lubricants: no migration, lifelong lubrication in many applications, high-temperature suitability, substrate versatility (wood, metal, plastic, glass), electrically conductive possible (graphite) or highly insulating (boron nitride).
Store in the unopened original container in a dry, cool place — typically between +5 and +40 °C, exact values see TDS. Protect water-based products from frost. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Observe the expiry date on the packaging. Store aerosol sprays at low temperature and in a well-ventilated area.
