The Loctite® EQ SD20 Digital Syringe Dispenser is a high-performance, semi-automatic dispensing system specifically designed for the precise application of Loctite® adhesives and liquids. It is suitable for use with 10 ml, 30 ml, and 55 ml syringes and offers digital control with a time resolution of 0.01 seconds – for maximum dispensing accuracy.
Thanks to the integrated, precise pressure regulator with digital display, controlled air pulses can be generated, which, in combination with an airline adapter, ensure precise material dispensing. The suction return function with digital vacuum display prevents unwanted dripping and ensures clean work results.
The EQ SD20 supports four operating modes – timer, continuous operation, cycle, and program mode – thus enabling flexible adaptation to a wide variety of applications. Up to 40 dispensing programs can be saved, significantly increasing repeatability and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
