SILISIL Delayer PA — Additive (DEADNER / DELAYER)
SILISIL Delayer PA is an additive for 2K addition silicones from the SILISIL product line. The additives are incorporated into the A component in small doses and selectively modify the curing kinetics or final hardness of the silicone system.

Processing and mixing
- The exact mixing ratio, pot life and demolding time can be found in the technical data sheet (TDS) on this product page
- Before processing, stir both components separately and then mix thoroughly in the specified ratio
- Degassing under vacuum (30–50 mbar) eliminates air inclusions and improves surface quality
- Ideally, processing should take place at 23 °C and 40–60% relative humidity
- Contamination by sulfur, amines, tin catalysts or PVC must be avoided in platinum-crosslinked systems — they prevent curing
Storage and shelf life
- Store in unopened original packaging at 5–25 °C, in a dry place and protected from sunlight
- Shelf life from date of manufacture as stated in the TDS — typically 12–24 months
- Carefully reseal after opening
