SILISIL THIXO AGENT PC (Thicker) is a THIXO additive from the SILISIL product line for thickening and adjusting the thixotropic properties of 2K addition silicones. The additive is incorporated in small doses and changes the flow behavior from liquid to sag-free.
Special features of this variant: Thixotropic / Putty: stable on vertical surfaces, non-flowing.

Processing and mixing
- The exact mixing ratio, pot life and demolding time can be found in the technical data sheet (TDS) on this product page
- Before processing, stir both components separately and then mix thoroughly in the specified ratio
- Degassing under vacuum (30–50 mbar) eliminates air inclusions and improves surface quality
- Ideally, processing should take place at 23 °C and 40–60% relative humidity
- Contamination by sulfur, amines, tin catalysts or PVC must be avoided in platinum-crosslinked systems — they prevent curing
Storage and shelf life
- Store in unopened original packaging at 5–25 °C, in a dry place and protected from sunlight
- Shelf life from date of manufacture as stated in the TDS — typically 12–24 months
- Carefully reseal after opening
