TEROSON® VR 5000 – Bodywork Spray Adhesive (SBR)

Product description:

TEROSON VR 5000 is a professional automotive spray adhesive in an aerosol can, based on styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). This solvent-based contact and pressure-sensitive adhesive impresses with its exceptionally high immediate tack and enables fast, reliable bonding of a wide variety of materials. Whether textiles, foams, leather, or wood-based materials – this product creates a permanent bond in no time.

The spray is CFC- and HCFC-free and ideally suited for automotive applications, such as bonding insulation materials, upholstery, or coverings. Its fine, sprayable consistency and adjustable spray nozzle allow for easy and precise application of the adhesive – both horizontally and vertically.

TEROSON VR 5000 is characterized by high water resistance and good temperature tolerance. It is user-friendly to apply, and the flash-off time is approximately 10 minutes, depending on conditions. Any adhesive residue can be easily removed while still fresh using TEROSON VR 10.

Processing instructions:

1. Surfaces must be dry, dust-free, and grease-free.

2. Shake the spray can well before use.

3. Apply the adhesive evenly from a distance of approximately 20–25 cm.

4. Allow to dry for approximately 10 minutes (finger test: surface should be dry but slightly sticky).

5. Fit the parts together precisely and press them together briefly but firmly.

6. Corrections after joining are hardly possible anymore.

7. Remove adhesive residue while still fresh using TEROSON VR 10.
