- Quick-drying at room temperature and relative humidity, drying time can be accelerated in the oven.
- Excellent thermal conductivity.
- Resistant to mechanical shocks.
- Allows soldering without removing the protective film.
- Contains a UV tracer that produces a fluorescent blue reflection when exposed to UV radiation.
APPLICATIONS
Diverse applications in the electronics and electrical industries, aerospace, automotive industry, marine and telecommunications.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before applying Electrofuge 200, the parts to be treated must be thoroughly degreased.
- Aerosol: Shake well for at least one minute after the mixing ball is free. Spray Electrofuge 200 from a distance of 25 cm from the surface. Apply several thin, cross-hatched coats, ensuring the paint does not run.
- Brush or spray gun: It is recommended to dilute the product 5 to 20% with thinner. Carefully apply to the parts to be treated.
- Immersion: Preferred technique for protecting the underside of components for use in aggressive environments. Immerse and drain off excess product.
Silicone-based, insulating protective coating with UV tracer.
