Bonderite L-GP 333-1 EU Acheson is a special solvent-based fluorocarbon lubricant — low coefficient of friction (0.08 static / 0.06 kinetic), longer service life than pure PTFE, excellent chemical resistance, low-temperature curing.
Bonderite L-GP dry film lubricants from Henkel/Acheson — graphite, PTFE, MoS₂, or boron nitride dispersions that, after drying, form a tightly adhering film with a low coefficient of friction and release properties. L-GP 333-1 EU is tailored to specific industrial applications — the most important properties and areas of application are listed below.
Bonderite L-GP 333-1 EU is a unique blend of fluorocarbon lubricants in a special resin binder and solvent — low coefficient of friction (0.08 static, 0.06 kinetic), longer wear life than pure PTFE, and superior chemical resistance. One-component system, no mixing required, thin film 10–30 μm, lower curing temperature than PTFE.

Frequently asked questions about L-GP 333-1 EU
Practical application and design questions — answered by SILITECH.
Bonderite L-GP 333-1 EU Acheson: Special fluorocarbon lubricant in solvent — low coefficient of friction (0.08 static / 0.06 kinetic), longer service life than pure PTFE, excellent chemical resistance, low-temperature curing. Main applications: Enclosed automotive assemblies, outboard motor propellers, lock assemblies.
Dry film lubricants form a firmly adhering lubricating film of solid lubricant (graphite, MoS₂, PTFE, or boron nitride) after the carrier substance (water, solvent, or MIBK) evaporates. Advantages over liquid lubricants include: no migration, lifetime lubrication in many applications, suitability for high temperatures, substrate versatility (wood, metal, plastic, glass), and the possibility of electrical conductivity (graphite) or high insulation (boron nitride).
Store in the unopened original container in a dry, cool place — typically between +5 and +40 °C, see TDS for exact values. Protect water-based products from freezing. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Observe the expiry date on the packaging. Store aerosol sprays at a low temperature and in a well-ventilated area.
In the comparison table above, you will find related Bonderite products with different properties—different carrier media, different solid lubricants, different temperature ranges, or different application specializations. If you are unsure about the optimal choice, we would be happy to advise you—contact SILITECH with your specific application (substrate, temperature, load, processing workflow).
