Technologies at a Glance

Cyanoacrylates: Instant adhesives for rapid bonding of small components. Epoxies: 1K and 2K for high-strength structural bonding. Anaerobic adhesives: Threadlocking, flange sealing, shaft-hub connections. UV-curing adhesives: cure in seconds under UV light. Structural adhesives: MMA acrylates for highly stressed joints. MS polymers: elastic bonding and sealing, isocyanate- and silicone-free. PU adhesives: flexible to structural. Hot melt adhesives: solvent-free with immediate initial strength. Also thread sealants as well as activators, primers, and cleaners for surface preparation.

What matters when selecting

Substrates and surface preparation, gap width, required strength, temperature range, chemical exposure, curing mechanism and process time, elasticity, and disassembly capability. We evaluate these criteria based on the technical data sheets and recommend suitable products and alternatives.
