Hybrid silane polymers combine the elastic crosslinking of silicone with the adhesion and strength of epoxy. Their unique chemistry allows them to combine fire-retardant properties (UL 94 V-0) and thermal conductivity—unlike pure silicones or epoxies. Preferred application: Fire-resistant bonding with heat dissipation requirements (power electronics, aerospace).

Store in the unopened original container in a dry, cool place — Permabond adhesives typically between +5 and +25 °C, see TDS for exact values. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Observe the expiry date on the packaging. Store cyanoacrylates in a cool place (ideally refrigerated) for maximum shelf life.
