Bluesil Catalyseur Hi-Pro Green: Standard catalyst (organotin carboxylate) for the Bluesil V-1060/V-1080 moldmaking series — rapid hardening development, long mold library life. Main applications: Bluesil V-1062 moldmaking, pad printing pads, glove molds.

The standard dosage is 5 parts catalyst to 100 parts RTV base (5% w/w). The exact dosage affects the pot life and demolding time—see TDS for precise values. Important: too little catalyst leads to incomplete crosslinking; too much catalyst dramatically reduces the pot life and can impair the final properties. Stir both components thoroughly before mixing.

Store in the unopened original container in a dry, cool place — typically between +5 and +30 °C, see TDS for exact values. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Observe the expiry date on the packaging — Elkem guarantees the product's specifications only until the date shown.
