Bluesil Diluent 2030: Low-viscosity Bluesil thinner for adjusting the viscosity of Bluesil RTV systems — without compromising the mechanical properties of the cross-linked silicone. Main applications: Bluesil RTV dilution, complex mold geometries, pad printing optimization.

Thinners are used to adjust the mixing viscosity—if the RTV mixture is too viscous for the geometry. Typically, 5–10% thinner is used on an RTV-based mixture. Higher dosages (up to 40%) are possible, but will affect the final hardness. Important: Stir the thinner into part A before adding the catalyst.

Store in the unopened original container in a dry, cool place — typically between +5 and +30 °C, see TDS for exact values. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Observe the expiry date on the packaging — Elkem guarantees the product's specifications only until the date shown.
