What should be included in the request
Please send us the product name, including its version and specifications, the quantity, and the desired delivery date. Also, please specify the required delivery documents and documentation. We will coordinate the procurement process with these specifications.
When a product needs to be replaced
We compile the documented differences of a potential alternative and obtain the necessary manufacturer's documentation. The tests and approvals required before use depend on your project.
