Permabond Cleaner A Aerosol: Universal industrial cleaner in aerosol form for degreasing and cleaning bonding surfaces prior to bonding with Permabond adhesives. Main applications: substrate preparation, workshop cleaning, hard-to-reach areas.
Substrate cleaning is the most important factor for reproducible adhesive strength—up to 80% of all adhesive failures are due to unclean substrates. Permabond Cleaner A removes grease, oil, release agent residues, and dust. Cleaning is mandatory for structural bonding—without a clean bonding surface, there is no reliable bond.
Store in the unopened original container in a dry, cool place — Permabond adhesives typically between +5 and +25 °C, see TDS for exact values. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Observe the expiry date on the packaging. Store cyanoacrylates in a cool place (ideally refrigerated) for maximum shelf life.
