Acrystal is an acrylic-based mineral casting system: liquid resin and mineral powder are mixed in a specified ratio and poured into molds or laminated. The result is a hard, stone-like surface with high detail reproduction; solvent-free and low-odor during processing.

Acrystal Prima is the standard casting resin for castings and solid objects. Acrystal Aqua is water-based. Acrystal Supra is high-strength and designed for thin wall thicknesses, such as in fiberglass-reinforced laminates. Various powder and liquid resins cover further applications; mixing ratios and processing according to the technical data sheet.

What matters when making your selection

The decisive factors are object size, wall thickness, and technology: solid casting, laminate, or coating. Finish and processing time also influence the system selection.
